St. Bernardus Prior 8

St.Bernardus 8 bastante rica pero esperaba más. Le falta olor y un poco de sabor por ser exigente. La Rochefort olia mejor pero tenia menos sabor. 8% ABV. 
Smells almost bourbony up front with toffee malts. Very balanced in the nose and not too boozy smelling despite the ABV.

Tastes surprisingly grapy at the start, with banana esters and spices. Tastes like it should be boozy, but it doesn't taste as such.
